To provide a more streamlined experience for our residents, Maintenance Requests have joined the suite of services provided within your Resident Portal.

How to submit your request:

  • Log in to your Resident Portal
  • Select Maintenance Request from the dropdown menu
  • Submit a new request, check the status of an existing one, or review your request history

The Resident Portal is your one-stop solution for easily managing payments, signing documents, review resources connected to your account, reading building announcements, and more.

If you have not yet registered for a portal account, you can sign up at the link above to get started, or through the free RentCafe Resident App (available for download through the App Store, or Google Play). If you are having any trouble with the registration process, please contact your building manager.

Emergencies

If your concern is an emergency - such as flooding, heating, or a security issue - and cannot wait, please contact your Building Manager immediately.

For life-threatening emergencies like fire or medical situations, call 911.

Non-emergent maintenance requests should be submitted within the Resident Portal.
