Burnaby is a growing city in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland, just east of Vancouver and 30 km from the U.S. border. With a population of over 223,000, more than half of residents speak a first language other than English or French - reflecting its rich multicultural makeup.

Bordered by Vancouver to the west and Port Moody, Coquitlam, and New Westminster to the east, Burnaby stretches from Burrard Inlet in the north to the Fraser River in the south.
